The head is rotated to a right angle, and the pointed tip is cut off to a 7˝ wide beveled blade to provide a highly effective scraping tool for use on the fireline. Our version varies from typical modifications in the way the handle attaches to the head to create a better balanced tool that is more comfortable and easier to use. This heavy-duty beast also works great for chopping and digging, making it ideal for landscaping applications as well. 38˝ Ash handle. Made in USA.
